Our products and solutions

膝关节胫骨垫加工单元:
- 在α-D21MiBADV PLUS小型加工中心使用MCD刀具,实现高光洁度表面加工;
- 通过伺服HRV3+控制、智能反向间隙补偿控制以及最小设定单位0.1μm提高加工面品质;
- 通过智能热位移补偿功能,实现稳定的加工;
- 高速主轴转速24000rpm,实现高效的加工。

Knee Joint Prostheses Tibial Augment Machining Unit:
- The α-D21MiBADV PLUS compact machining center utilizes MCD cutting tools to achieve
high-finish surface finishes;
- Servo HRV3+ control, intelligent backlash compensation, and a minimum setting unit of 0.1μm
improve machined surface quality;
- Intelligent thermal displacement compensation ensures stable machining;
- A high-speed spindle speed of 24,000 rpm enables efficient machining.

骨板自动化加工系统:
- 使用α-D14MiB Plus加工中心进行医疗骨板加工展示;
- 加工中心与五轴四联动转台的高度融合,实现了一次装夹完成所有复合角度孔的加工;
- 采用快换夹具,在保证工件加工精度的条件下,实现机器人快速更换加工工件;
- 双头抛光机完成工件打磨、抛光作业,机器人手持固体蜡自动完成棉布轮打蜡作业。

Bone Plate Automated Processing System:
- Demonstration of medical bone plate processing using the α-D14MiB Plus machining center;
- The integration of the machining center and a five-axis, four-axis rotary table enables the
machining of all complex angle holes in a single clamping setup;
- Utilizing quick-change fixtures, the robot allows for rapid workpiece exchange while maintaining
machining accuracy;
- A double-head polishing machine performs grinding and polishing operations, while a robot
automatically performs cotton wheel waxing using a handheld solid wax.
