Orthopedic implant processing solution: powRgrip® (PG) clamping system
The current market orthopedic implants often use high-hardness and high-toughness materials, such as titanium alloys, high-strength stainless steel, and ceramics, etc. The processing of these materials is challenging. If an ordinary clamping system is used for processing, it is easy to have problems such as tool dropping during processing, poor surface roughness, and rapid tool wear leading to increased production costs.
